Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Quality Control:

Ensure that all products meet established quality standards through the implementation and monitoring of QA/QC procedures, protocols, and best practices.

Microbiological & Analytical Testing

Perform routine and non-routine microbiological and analytical testing to ensure product safety, purity, and compliance with specifications.

Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date documentation of testing results, deviations, corrective actions, and quality records in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP).

Regulatory Compliance & Audits

Support internal and external audits; ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO, and other quality management systems.

Equipment Calibration & Validation

Conduct and document equipment calibration, qualification, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical instruments and microbiological testing tools.

Cross-functional Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
