Executive/ Sr. Executive- Purchase

As a Procurement Specialist, your role involves designing, planning, and implementing sourcing and purchasing strategies. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors for vendor audits and working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments. Your key responsibilities include: - Aligning the production team for the next two to three production plans - Verifying compliance and certification of vendors - Ensuring the quality of supplied material meets defined parameters and maintaining vendor ratings - Purchasing the correct material as per the Product Data Record (PDR) - Maintaining a database of approved suppliers with a minimum and maximum price list - Managing contracts with suppliers while considering supply terms - Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors - Negotiating lower pricing - Searching and sourcing potential suppliers and vendors - Tracking, measuring, and analyzing company expenditures Additionally, you will be required to have 3 years of experience in the Nutraceutical industry, as well as experience in designing, planning, and implementing sourcing and purchasing, and negotiating lower pricing. The job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance and a Provident Fund. The work location is in person.
