Executive / Sr. Executive

As an experienced candidate with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Forex operations, banking coordination, compliance, and accounting functions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation and submission of Forex inward and outward documents, along with coordinating with banks. - Ensuring KYC compliance for all accounts, including personal accounts. - Handling GST issues related to input credit for customers. - Coordinating Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for all bank accounts. - Addressing department notices, queries, and filing replies accordingly. - Engaging with banks for the renewal of CC limits. - Managing monthly and quarterly filings to banks such as FFR1, FFR2, UFCE, and Stock Statements. - Receiving, approving, and updating purchase invoices. - Filing and organizing sales invoices. - Conducting intercompany transfers and reconciliations as needed. - Handling purchase and sales of intercompany transactions. - Submitting Bills of Entry (BOE) as per bank requests for old inwards/shipping bills for exports. - Coordinating with banks to obtain forex realization certificates. - Verifying interest calculations for all CC accounts and following up with banks in case of variations. - Coordinating audit queries and implementing necessary actions. - Downloading daily pass sheets and updating relevant individuals. - Ensuring compliance with accounting internal controls. Your qualifications should include relevant experience in Forex operations, banking coordination, compliance, and accounting procedures. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively will be essential for this role.,
