Executive / Sr. Executive

• To have a complete overview of the project Instruments & execution
• To have a complete overview of the project instruments like, Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge, RTD, Transmitters, MMS, VMS etc & its execution.
• To plan and execute the documentation activity on time for all Instruments.
• To ensure on time release of all Instruments In aggregate BOM for on time procurement.
• Closely coordinate with vendor & get the documents to fulfil the documentation requirement,
• Submit the required documents to customer according to DCI & seek for approval with support of contract Manager.

Major Responsibilities :

• Process Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) requirement as per project Orders by Technical Order Documentation.
• Convert Customer s requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers.
• Prepare & Submit project Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) drawing & documents as required by Customer/Consultants.
• Closely coordinate with vendor & get the documents to fulfil the documentation requirement,
• Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly
• Review & approval of Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) data sheets, GAD, QCP & further submission to Clients / Consultants for their approvals
• Review Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) aggregate part list w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings.
• Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM / Production
• Create Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) aggregate BOM to release in the system.
• Prepare documents like Input/Output list, cable schedule, Instrument Data Sheet etc for client / customer submission
• Required initiative to be taken to standardize the Instrument based on the data analysis to reduce non-moving inventory.
• Cost saving projects to be initiated to reduce the Instrumentation cost.

Requirement profile :

Formal education : BE Instrumentation / DEE

Professional experience In years : 3-5 years / 5-8 yrs.

Special skills : Experience / exposure in project Instrumentation & Junction Box planning & execution

Defined Competencies:

• Knowledge of various Standards like API, IEC etc.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Process including assembly and testing of all types of instruments ((PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc)
• Awareness in Instrumentation design
• Exposure to Auto CAD
• SAP (PP module) awareness is a must
• Analytical Ability
