As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle, including onboarding, account management, and renewal.
• Be the first and last point of contact for your community
• Develop connections between customers
• Should be excellent in networking and should love networking.
• Act as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing guidance and support to clients
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
• Monitor client accounts to identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address any issues, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure that all client communication is professional, timely, and effective
• Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including training and onboarding support
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive account management
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote our products and services to potential clients Qualification:
• Graduate with 2+ Years of experience in managing coworking space.
• 0-2 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively • Knowledge of our products and services is a plus
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
