About the Role

BeyondWalls is seeking a dedicated Events Specialist to manage and support on-ground video shoots at real estate project sites throughout the week. This role is essential in capturing high-quality visual content that showcases our projects, events, and client partnerships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable coordinating shoots in real estate environments, often working directly at construction or project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct real estate shoots throughout the city.
• Liaise with developers, site staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure all shoot requirements are met.
• Manage logistics, permissions, and schedules to ensure smooth execution of project-specific shoots.
• Ensure brand and marketing objectives are met through proper on-site coordination.
• Capture behind-the-scenes updates and maintain thorough documentation of each shoot.
• Act as the on-ground point of contact for vendors, creative teams, and business development staff.
• Identify real estate-specific shoot opportunities (show apartments, project launches, walkthroughs, client testimonials).
• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly to keep shoots on track.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in event management, production coordination, or real estate marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple shoots across different sites in a week.
• Familiarity with real estate operations and comfort in construction site environments.
• Basic knowledge of video production processes (camera, lighting, sound) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, especially when managing stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
