What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a Junior Visualizer who is passionate about design and eager to grow in the creative advertising space. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in design principles and be able to support branding, marketing, and campaign execution across digital and print platforms while learning from senior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create social media creatives for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Support the design of digital campaigns, display ads, and print media collaterals
• Assist in branding requirements such as logos, brochures, and presentations
• Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts
• Ensure attention to detail and maintain consistency with brand guidelines
• Manage assigned tasks effectively within deadlines
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, advertising ideas, and AI tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute ideas during creative discussions
• Be open to feedback and eager to learn from senior visualizers

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or design industry
• Basic understanding of how digital marketing funnels work
• Strong eye for detail, color, typography, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work efficiently
• Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Education:

Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (BFA, BDes, etc.)

Software Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Google Slides, Docs & Sheets
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or AI-based tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,198.24 - ₹32,868.46 per month
