Executive / Senior Executive HR (Recruitment)

As an Executive / Senior Executive HR (Recruitment) at our office located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This includes tasks such as drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and closing positions. You will be expected to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and database for current and future hiring needs. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting the employee onboarding process and conducting induction sessions for new hires. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of employee files and HR databases. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and delivering suitable candidates within defined timelines will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any stream (Post-graduation in HR preferred) and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment, with exposure to mid-level to leadership hiring. Strong skills in sourcing, networking, and headhunting are essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously is also crucial.
