Key Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and executing seed production programs for field crops or vegetables. Support field-level operations : land preparation, sowing, plant population monitoring, and crop care. Ensure implementation of isolation distances , roguing , and other practices to maintain genetic purity. Interact with and coordinate growers/farmers and provide technical guidance. Maintain field records , track crop progress, and report issues to supervisors. Participate in seed inspection visits and assist in quality sampling and field audits. Provide support in post-harvest activities like seed drying, cleaning, grading, and packaging. Promote good agricultural practices (GAP) and ensure adherence to company protocols and safety guidelines.
