Qualification: B.Tech (Dairy Tech. or Food Tech.)/B.Sc. (Dairy Science) Age: Around 30 Years Industry: Dairy/Food Processing/FMCG Role: Need to Act as a Shift Incharge Experience & Skill set: Candidate should have minimum 1-3 years of experience. Experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the dairy industry. Knowledge in dairy production, processing, equipment, and quality control standards. Required supervisory skills to manage production team effectively. Proficiency in computer applications and production management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Willing to work in rotational shifts. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the production team to develop production plans, schedules, and targets. Ensure the availability of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production goals. Oversee day-to-day production activities, including raw material handling, processing, packaging, and dispatch. Monitor production parameters, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, including operators and technicians. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and repair of production equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry best practices. Analyze production data, including output, efficiency, quality, and downtime. Prepare reports on production performance and propose strategies for improvement.
