Key Responsibilities: Assist in operating seed processing equipment such as cleaners, graders, gravity separators, seed coaters, and packaging machines Follow SOPs to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with germination and genetic purity standards Record and monitor processing parameters , batch data, and shift-wise reports Support the Plant Engineer in routine maintenance, calibration, and machinery cleaning Participate in sorting, packing, labeling, and palletizing of processed seed as per schedule Conduct initial physical quality checks (moisture, seed appearance, packing quality) before QA inspection Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in the plant Coordinate with warehouse, QA, and production planning teams for smooth execution Assist in maintaining stock records of raw seed, processed seed, and materials used in the plant Attend regular training on equipment handling, safety procedures , and plant protocols
