The opportunity Executive-National-SaT-SaT - TCF - Valuation - Mumbai SaT - TCF - Valuation Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence
Interact with clients and coordination with Client/Company/Third party representativesConducting site visits and data collectionUnderstanding relevant regulations, applicable taxation, building bye-laws, etc.Read legal documents pertaining to land/real properties and technically evaluating buildings drawings, plant layouts etc on technical and regulatory parameters Analysing assumptions based on market parameters and past performanceInteract with contractors/suppliers/vendors/OEMs and collect quotations for buildings and plant & machineryAnalyse fixed assets register and comprehend balance sheet provided in MS Excel and identify material issues, which might impact the outputs of the valuation model.Ability to prepare a detailed valuation model from scratch with strict deadlinesReport writingManaging reviews with the Managers and PartnersEnsure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities.Understand the concept of risk management and bring to focus risk issues on client assignments and take issues to the notice of the manager/supervisorBegin to identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicates to managerNetwork internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact issues with his clients
Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must haveQualification Candidate should be a graduate in any Engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) with MBA/PGD in Advance Construction Management or Project Engineering Management /Post graduation in valuation of real estate or plant & machinenery/ Affiliation with RICS or ASA or Institution of Valuers Experience
High team orientationAnalytical skillsStrong valuation modelling skillsShould be very conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPointSignificant amount of initiativeExperience of tangible fixed assets/capital equipment valuation Candidate should have minimum relevant experience of 1-3 years in conducting property, plant & equipment valuations.
