Executive - Sales Support

The position of Executive - Sales Support Function - Exports Desk (International Business) requires the incumbent to possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Engineering (BBA preferred) along with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in basic IT skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is essential. Excellent communication and writing skills are also necessary for this role. The job responsibilities include handling end users" enquiries via email, analyzing the genuineness of enquiries over telephone or email, forwarding genuine enquiries to the Sales or Design team, preparing standard proposals and quotations with guidance, following up with customers post proposal submission, monitoring quotations, preparing data sheets for machines post order receipt, coordinating routine documentation flow with the factory and customers, monitoring supply status, following up on spares enquiries, communicating with the Logistic team for required documentation, and building strong relationships with clients. The preferred candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi. This is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad.
