Job Description for PMO Resource – ERP Implementation(Epicor) Role Purpose To support the ERP Core Team and Functional Heads in ERP implementation , ensuring smooth coordination, process alignment, and documentation across departments. The role demands prior hands-on experience in ERP implementations for manufacturing and aerospace/defence domains, with working knowledge of tools like EPICOR. Key Responsibilities Process Understanding & Implementation Support Grasp detailed processes across functions: Manufacturing, Aerospace Component MRO, Finance, HR, Purchase, Stores, Quality . Assist functional heads in mapping TO-BE processes with the new ERP structure. Identify process gaps and suggest best practices during system configuration and testing. Implementation Documentation Prepare and update SOPs, role-wise workflows, configuration notes, test case scenarios, and user guides. Maintain version-controlled process templates and traceability logs for AS-IS vs TO-BE flows. Rollout & Change Management Coordination Coordinate with ERP implementation partner(s) for module-wise rollout, training schedules, and testing.
