Executive - Sales Support position is to provide vital support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This role focuses on assisting with customer relationship management, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver accurate and timely services to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication between sales, operations, and customers
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations for increasing sales and improving sales strategies
• Ensure accurate documentation of all sales-related contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to resolve queries and provide support during the sales process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• University degree or suitable equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the same field
• MS Office programs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outstanding people skills
