Job Description

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with new customers and clients.
  • Develop dealer and distributor networks and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Ensure retention of existing markets by maintaining close client relationships.
  • Conduct market research activities and identify prospects through continuous cold calls.
  • Promote the organization's image and products/services to support company objectives.
  • Report on market developments and competitor activities.
  • Identify and advise on new market opportunities.
  • Assist with the development and launch of new products/services.
  • Explore potential customers by reaching out to surgeons, hospitals, and medical professionals regularly.
  • Follow up continuously, conduct demonstrations if necessary, negotiate, and close orders.
  • Ensure prompt after-sales support for all installations.
  • Liaise with Managing Partners to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
  • Monitor progress and completion of all sales activities and provide regular updates on sales and marketing.
