You will be responsible for the following key areas: - Yearly 220 admissions with a breakdown of 200 JG + 20 SAP, GST, and Non-JG - Quality lead generation and walk-ins: 700 annually - Conducting a minimum of 6 seminars monthly (tutorial+ College) - Organizing a minimum of 12 road shows monthly - Planning local area marketing activities - Executing 2 below-the-line (BTL) activities monthly - Generating 10 new tutors monthly - Developing 2 new areas monthly - Achieving yearly collection of 22.50 lacs with a distribution of 30% CIA+, 60% CIA, and 10% others - Establishing 4 college tie-ups yearly - Building student relationships by organizing one non-academic event monthly in College/institute/innovation Additionally, you should possess the following qualities: presentable, target-oriented, self-driven, motivated, a go-getter, team player, and quick learner.
