Support any other strategic revenue generating sales initiatives for the centre. Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective tenants/ retailers Developing attractive leasing packages, negotiating and closure of the deals Ensuring all leasing targets are timely achieved as per the assigned retail categories / leasing plan Lease documentation & fit out coordination Follow up with the tenant/ retailer for the documentation related to the space. Coordinate with legal team to conclude on the contract clauses and taking a final signoff from the tenant / retailer on the contract. Register lease agreements before store opening. Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from the executed contract through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, through to trading. Ensuring the delivery condition of each tenant/ retailer is met. MIS, Reporting and Maintaining Relationships Create tenants / retailers profile and update internal databases for each tenant category. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing execution of offline and online marketing activities / events, promotions and commercialization, ensure VR brand visibility, footfall management and achieving marketing revenue targets at the centre. Core Responsibilities Lease documentation & fit out coordination Coordinate with legal team to conclude on the contract clauses and taking a final signoff from the tenant / retailer on the contract. Support leasing team in registering lease agreements before store opening. • Ensure the tenant compliance with the fit-out guidelines and necessary documentation is in place before the tenant starts trading. • Coordinates tenants move-in and move-outs, and walks-through spaces with the tenants. Responsible for the ADSR implementation, coordination with agency, handling escalations etc. • Ensure Companys design standards are executed as approved.
