Job Description: As an Executive in Sales & Marketing at ICA Group HRMS, your role will involve focusing on lead generation and marketing activities to drive business growth. You will be responsible for the following key areas: - Yearly 220 admissions including 200 JG and 20 SAP, GST, and Non-JG - Quality lead generation with a target of 700 walk-ins annually - Conducting a minimum of 6 seminars monthly (tutorial+ College) - Organizing a minimum of 12 road shows monthly - Planning and executing local area marketing strategies - Implementing 2 below-the-line (BTL) activities every month - Generating 10 new tutors monthly - Developing 2 new areas monthly - Achieving a yearly collection target of 22.50 lacs with a breakdown of 30% from CIA+, 60% from CIA, and 10% from others - Forming 4 college tie-ups yearly - Building student relationships through hosting non-academic events in colleges/institutes/innovations on a monthly basis These responsibilities carry different weightages and are aimed at achieving the overall target. You are expected to be presentable, target-oriented, self-driven, motivated, a go-getter, a team player, and a quick learner to excel in this role.
