Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Baripada. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for sales teams. Daily tasks will include identifying sales leads, preparing sales presentations, and managing marketing campaigns.

• Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in developing and delivering Training sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
