Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of existing distributors/customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for all business and service-related matters. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution, track market insights, and ensure timely collection of receivables. As part of the role, you will gather feedback from customers and share actionable insights for product development and marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a defined portfolio of existing distributors/customers - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Serve as the primary point of contact for all business and service-related matters - Maintain regular communication and conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers - Ensure distributors are well-trained and updated on new products and promotions - Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and customer service) for smooth order execution - Track receivables and ensure timely collection in line with company credit policies - Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing movements - Gather feedback from customers and share actionable insights for product development and marketing Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree (Science, Engineering, or Business preferred) with MBA in Sales - 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within laboratory supplies, scientific instruments, or industrial products.
