1. Carrying out safety inspection as per safety SOPs and prepare summary of non-compliance.
2. Monitoring the critical reactions and motivating the employees to follow the safety precautions to follow.
3. Conducting Safety Committee meetings, Mock drills & fire drills as requirement.
4. Ensuring reporting and investigation of near miss, first aid and incident reports and ensuring implementation of CAPA asper timeline.
5. Audit coordinator for ISO-45001:2018
6. Ensure 100 % Implementation of CEHS Safety Procedures in the site.
7. Conducting safety Classroom/ Shop floor training.
8. Giving Induction Training for new Employees/Contract Employees.
9. Responsible for monitoring the work permit system in the workplace.
10. Responsible for safety rounds of the plant all vicinity to identify and rectify unsafe work conditions and unsafe actions by appraising the concerned and rectifying to create safe work environment.
11. Designing and implementing programs to promote employee participation in safety.
12. Ensuring all fire extinguishers, fire alarm system, PA system, online detection system & fire hydrant system and early warning systems in good condition round the clock.
