We're looking for a proactive and skilled Executive Recruitment to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization in the education sector. This role is crucial in attracting and securing top talent to support our growth and educational goals. You'll be the go-to person for all recruitment needs, from connecting with agencies to interviewing candidates and building our talent pool. Requirements Talent Acquisition Strategy: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for various roles within the organization. End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manpower Planning & Liaison: Work closely with different departments to understand their current and future staffing needs and gather detailed job requirements. Candidate Database Management: Build and maintain a robust database of candidates for current and future opportunities. Interview Process: Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience. Job Specification Communication Skills: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and build rapport. Recruitment Expertise: Well-versed in the complete recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Experience: At least 2 year of hands-on experience in recruitment. Adaptability: Flexible and able to seamlessly integrate into our working culture.
