Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and HR processes within a rapidly growing cleantech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding processes and documentation
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and HR campaigns
• Collaborate with the HR team on other administrative and strategic HR tasks

Requirements:

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (Final-year students can apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office and job portals
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Ability to work full-time from our Delhi office (WFO)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
