Job Role: Recruiter

Company: AMS India

Client: Investment Banking

Work Model: Hybrid

Experience: 9+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, negotiating job offers, and facilitating onboarding for selected candidates.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for Iall roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of candidates, to stakeholders and management.

  • Manage the entire offer process, including negotiating with candidates, taking approvals from HODs and rolling out offers.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in handling candidates and recruitment related data.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 9+ years of experience in broad range of Recruitment.

  • Worked on leadership roles for IT Industry.

  • Preferred Industry- Investment Banking, Financial services (Good to have).

  • Experience in forecasting & part of implementation team.

  • Responsible for managing end to end recruitment & implementing strategies.

  • Experience in LinkedIn Sourcing (Good to have).

  • Stakeholder Management experience.

  • Excellent Communication
