As the Executive Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Your role will involve extensive experience in program governance and communication, focusing on delivering impactful results. You will primarily work in a hybrid model during day shifts without the need for travel. Your expertise in analytics will be crucial in driving program success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and implementation of program strategies in alignment with organizational goals. - Oversee program governance to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization for program alignment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success and achieve desired outcomes. - Monitor program progress, making necessary adjustments for successful delivery. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for program support and engagement. - Utilize analytics for informed decision-making and optimized program performance. - Ensure all program activities adhere to company policies and procedures. - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program stability and success. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced program efficiency and effectiveness. - Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the program team. - Manage program budgets and resources for optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. - Report program status and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Extensive experience in program governance and communication with a successful track record. - Deep understanding of analytics and its application in program management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive program success. - Proficiency in managing complex programs within a hybrid work model. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Relevant certification in program management or a related field. You are required to hold either a PMP Certification or PgMP Certification for this role.,
