Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor production plans, ensuring fortnightly targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Handle workforce and manage coordination with stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Operate and manage DCS (Distributed Control System) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) (preferred).
• Work on SAP Manufacturing Module (preferred).
• Apply knowledge of Paint Technology (preferred).
• Demonstrate strong numerical skills, especially in ratios, proportions, and percentages .
• Manage union-related concerns and act as a shift leader .
• Prepare and analyze reports using MS Excel PowerPoint .
