Job Title : Executive (Production) – Foiling & Assembly Department : Decoration Reporting Structure Reports to : Manager Roles That Report Into The Role Holder Role Location Kheda, Gujarat India Educational Qualifications Required Any Graduate Degree / Engineering Graduate – Mechanical or Production Number of Years’ Experience required : 5-8 years Preferences Must come from Foiling/decoration/ancillary industry Job Purpose Job holder will be responsible for product quality and output, managing the manpower, production materials & consumables. Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities Responsible for Production output and supervision of people. Must have good Knowledge of managing people and shop floor workers, work study, efficiency, optimal motivation of workers and output. Some knowledge of machines useful but people management is key skill needed. Maintain Production Output & delivering quality product on time. Prepare schedule, plan and execute preventive maintenance for machines. To plan and execute production Machine wise day to day plan. Coordination with planning for priority requirement. To set up machine and materials for production and allocate manpower for input, service and output. To train workmen on the job to enhance quality and improve productivity with minimal rejections. To achieve planned production output with agreed consumption levels of materials. To inspect QC test parameters on output and get first article approved. To develop improvements in process by reducing rework occurrences, safety practices in shop floor and optimize resource utilization. Skills & Competencies Required Exposure in plastic component foiling and assembling.
