Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
• Develop dashboards and performance trackers for business decision-making.
• Use Advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and variances in data and present actionable insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field.
• Strong knowledge of

  Advanced Excel

  (mandatory).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• 12 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting.
