Role Overview: As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, your role will involve diving into data-driven environments to shape the HR landscape. You will be responsible for reviewing timesheets, resolving employee queries, ensuring compliance, and processing benefit costs. Your analytical thinking will support informed decision-making and drive innovation in HR strategies.
