Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process payroll transactions accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and reports of payroll data.
Provide support and assistance to employees on payroll-related matters.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll issues.
Develop and implement processes to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
