Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive or Senior Executive in B2C Sales, based in New Delhi. The role involves driving customer interactions, managing sales inquiries, promoting travel packages, and meeting revenue targets through effective sales processes. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing travel advisory services. The candidate will also ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding client preferences and delivering tailored solutions.be ready to do daily callng on our old data base ,as well as be ready to achive there target.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in B2C sales
• Knowledge of travel and tourism products, including air ticketing, holiday packages, and ancillary services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and building lasting relationships
• Proficiency in computer systems and industry-specific tools or travel management software
• Ability to work in a competitive, target-oriented environment and consistently achieve sales goals
• Experience in travel or tourism-related industries is highly desirable
• Graduate degree or equivalent education in relevant fields such as Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration
• Flexibility to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively within deadlines
