Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Order Processing -order validation and system entries.
Order Fulfillment
Working with warehouse and supply chain teams for real-time stock updates and allocation.
Timely resolution of order discrepancies, customer escalations, or system exceptions.
Ensure OMS dashboard is up-to-date with correct order status and logs.
Share EOD reports and highlight any process bottlenecks.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with basis excel and communication skills.
