As a Policy Insurance Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to handle policy insurance generation and data verification. You will ensure accurate and timely verification of data related to monetary policies, while monitoring the flow of policy issuance. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining a daily operational task list, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, and strictly adhering to Turnaround Time (TAT) for all activities. Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize workflow, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing overall process effectiveness. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing regular reports on operational performance metrics, tracking key indicators, and analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for operational optimization. Effective time management is essential in this role to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks without compromising quality. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking with attention to detail are key skills required for this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have 0-1 year of relevant experience in operations or a similar role and hold a Bachelor's Degree. Working hours will be in the UK shift (12:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.), and flexibility for rotational shifts between 08.00 am to 11.00 pm, working on weekends, and festival days is required. The position is full-time with 6 days of working at the office. Benefits include food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
