  • Renewal Retention
  • Agent Activisation & Engagement
  • Engage with business, inactive agents and drive business activization through Coordinate for agent training, Joint field work, Agent issue resolution, Agent COP session, support on initial sales activities.
  • Customer Service
  • Meeting Customers, Agents, Channel Partners & Service Providers
  • Visiting Hospitals & Partners, identifying customers & partners needs, driving customer & partner experience.
  • Branch Operations - Premium Banking & Reconciliation

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Experience in Customer Service & Retention
  • Convincing Skills
  • Quick Learner
  • Insurance Knowledge
  • work Experience 1-3 Experience in Service Industry preferably BFSI Location
