Executive Officer

As an Executive Officer at the University of Southampton Delhi Campus, your role will be to lead, manage, and coordinate the Executive support within the Office of the Academic Provost, Director of Learning and Teaching, and Director of Research and Enterprise. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of business-critical services in line with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality, confidential executive support to the executives of the University of Southampton Delhi Campus. - Manage complex diaries, apply judgment, and provide detailed, specialist advice and guidance as required. - Lead and coordinate the Executive support functions within the office. - Ensure efficient communication and coordination among different departments. - Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes. Qualifications Required: - Substantial relevant experience in similar work at a high level in a complex environment. - Experience of managing an office for senior executives or at an equivalent level. - Proficient in English with a skill level equivalent to the achievement of a degree or a secretarial and/or word-processing qualification. - Dynamic individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
