Meeting customers for conversion Drive on ground Demand generation activities (AID visits, builder visits and critical site visits) Dealer servicing Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same. Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC Execution of Hygiene areas Drive Store Operational excellence Focus on effective usage of Digital journey leading to customer conversion Team training Team grooming in coordination with central training team.
