Executive Merchandiser

Role Overview:

Merchandising Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Catalog Management:

  Upload and manage product listings on the website, ensuring accurate details including images, specifications, pricing, grading (for used devices), and availability.

• Pricing & Inventory Coordination:

  Work with sourcing and inventory teams to update stock status, pricing changes, and ensure timely deactivation of out-of-stock SKUs.

• Visual Merchandising:

  Maintain homepage banners, category pages, and promotional slots in line with ongoing campaigns, seasonal themes, or new launches.

• Product Categorization & Tagging:

  Ensure proper categorization, filters, and search tags to help customers easily find products.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  Track product performance (views, conversions, bounce rate), identify slow-moving SKUs, and share insights with the merchandising and marketing teams.

• Quality Control:

  Verify product information before going live. Ensure listed products meet company standards in presentation, descriptions, and technical accuracy.

• Campaign Support:

  Support merchandising efforts for sale campaigns, flash deals, and weekly promotions by preparing landing pages, deal grids, and campaign-specific listings.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field
• 13 years of experience in merchandising, Catlog management, or e-commerce preferred
• Familiarity with CMS tools, Excel, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills
• Interest in gadgets, electronics, or mobile phones is a plus
