About the Role

We’re looking for a Merchandiser who can bridge design, production, and retail, ensuring each collection at Aramya reflects our brand's promise of quality, style, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment and is passionate about fashion, detail, and data-driven decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the design, sourcing, and production teams to execute seasonal collections.
• Plan the product range, quantity, and delivery timelines aligned with business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost, and turnaround time adherence.
• Oversee fabric sourcing, trims approvals, and sample coordination.
• Track and analyze sales, inventory, and category performance to drive actionable insights.
• Coordinate with QC and warehouse teams for on-time dispatch and quality compliance.
• Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality or aesthetics.
• Maintain detailed documentation — purchase orders, T&A calendars, and delivery schedules.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years experience in Merchandising / Buying / Production / Sourcing.
• Strong understanding of Indian ethnic / fusion wear and women’s fashion trends.
• Excellent coordination and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, T&A tracking, and vendor management.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of design aesthetics and business acumen.
