Key Responsibilities

Candidate will involve daily Calling and plans to promote analytical columns and techniques in a way that prospective customers can easily understand. Also will balance sales and technical content effectively, highlighting product benefits and features. As a key member of the marketing team, youll handle lead generation, seminars, trade shows, webinars, and communications, technical presentations. Youll use analytical expertise to contribute to a team focused on customer satisfaction.

Job Profile:

  • Measure & analyse marketing campaign.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the companys products, capabilities, operations.
  • Support the successful execution of product launches, segment marketing campaigns, and key initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Drive a consistent approach to handling marketing product launches and campaigns; share feedback to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns using digital, print and email platforms.
  • Conduct strategic fit and business opportunity analysis to determine profitability in various scenarios.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with companys brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements; enable streamlined review and approval.
  • Identify customers technology requirements/needs and translate this into successful business opportunities.
  • Track and analyse progress of marketing product launches and campaigns, report status to business partners and senior management.
  • Collect, aggregate, and summarize marketing product launch and campaign performance results.
  • To co-ordinate internally with all the field sales team and managers to ensure that all proposed marketing programs are conducted with success.
  • Manage customer data in CRM including updating activities.
  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM Edge) system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver reports to business management as part of the demand planning process providing needed updates on market trends, insights forecasts and competitor activity.
  • Provides business and activity metrics as and when requested by Sales Management.
  • Communicate with sales team regarding marketing collateral, training materials and product launches.
  • Engage with interested prospects and build with prospect trusted relationships.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Strong communication (call/email) with customers and field sales teams.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry or Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science Analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in same field.
  • Any Male / Female can apply.
  • Detail-oriented marketing professional with scientific background and excellent technical writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines at once across cross functional teams.
  • Strong communication (call/email) with customers and field sales teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a ADL / QC / R&D audience, including prospective customers and current pharmaceuticals users.

  • Flexible, positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
  • Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint software programmes.
