Executive - Marketing

The role involves generating sales and addressing customer issues related to marketing/advertising. You will serve as an extended marketing partner for brands, prioritizing a Customer-First approach in all interactions. Your main responsibilities include identifying potential brands/companies, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the retention of existing ones. Throughout the onboarding and retention processes, you will also engage in campaign planning and execution based on client briefs. You are expected to stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and current advertisers to identify new brand/company opportunities. Additionally, you will be required to develop strategic plans and go-to-market strategies aligned with the brand's essence. Building connections with identified brands/companies, understanding their business objectives, pinpointing marketing challenges, and gathering campaign briefs are crucial aspects of the role. Your tasks will involve planning advertising campaigns based on client briefs, receiving approval to execute campaigns, and monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors" activities. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure campaign performance and adherence to commitments is essential. Coordinating with clients for seamless workflow and reporting on ongoing advertising campaigns are also part of your responsibilities. Meeting monthly/yearly revenue targets, preparing daily task reports, and dedicating time to both client communication and campaign activities are key components of the role.
