Executive Marketing (Marcom & Branding)

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for various key tasks related to branding, marketing communication, market research, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to design, communicate, and implement brand guidelines across different communication materials and platforms. Additionally, you will develop and dispatch marketing communication material for Carbon farming and biologicals through both print and digital channels. Market Research will also be a crucial aspect of this role, where you will conduct surveys to gauge brand awareness, product satisfaction, and perform dip stick surveys. You will also need to coordinate effectively with internal teams such as Product Managers, Sales Managers, and designers, as well as collaborate with partner agencies for end-to-end marketing communication material - from briefings to designing and printing. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing vendors and budgets, including onboarding, documentation, invoicing, and budgeting. The desired qualifications for this position include an MBA in Agri business, rural management, or MarCom from a reputed institute. A strong belief in sustainability, passion for marketing, problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and at least 5 years of high-quality experience in marketing are also required.
