Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting our services, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote security and facility management services.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, residential complexes, and commercial establishments.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our services and solutions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaigns and their outcomes.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets and plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in security or facility management services).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
