Territory: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka

Experienace: 5 - 10 years

Salary: 4-7 Lacs P.A.

AGE: 25-35 years (Flexible)

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the region.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences and behavior.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and sponsorships.
Work closely with external agencies to manage advertising, PR, and other marketing activities.
Analyse marketing data and results to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Travel within the A.P.,Telangana and Karnataka region is required.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools.
