Job Summary

The Executive – Marketplaces is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or similar Pharma platforms and Company website . The role involves product listing management, coordination with internal teams, sales tracking, promotions, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on online marketplaces
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and order fulfillment
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns
• Track competitor pricing, offers, and market trends
• Handle marketplace queries, escalations, and policy compliance
• Analyze reports related to sales, returns, ratings, and customer feedback
• Ensure accurate invoicing, reconciliations, and payment settlements
• Work closely with marketing and catalog teams to improve visibility and conversions

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of online marketplace operations
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce metrics (GMV, ROI, conversion rate, ROAS)
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations (can be adjusted)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
