Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and target-driven

Collection Executive

to join our Collections team. The role involves connecting with customers over calls to ensure timely EMI repayments and maintain a healthy loan book.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with borrowers for pending EMIs and overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up status in the system.
Educate customers on payment modes and consequences of non-payment.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly collection targets.
Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
Coordinate with field collection team when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or telecalling (NBFC/Fintech/BPO background preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
Target-oriented with a persuasive and empathetic approach.
Familiarity with basic MS Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
