At CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL), we are providing customers with outstanding Visibility and Control across their entire Supply Chain. Our operations teams located across the globe in our Control Towers provide services around Supplier and Order Management, Transport Planning and Monitoring, as well as managing performance and freight cost.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Purpose of this role is to meet logistics requirement of customer in trusted manner and ensure quality deliverables

• Manage day-to-day booking services for all export/import shipments

• Identify and enhance customer service experience through corrective measures

• Scrutinize essential shipping documents to prevent delays in processing

• Demonstrate strong time management and ability to work under pressure

• Prioritize tasks based on volume and deadlines to ensure timely execution

• Execute responsibilities aligned with SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

• Possess solid commercial awareness and effective communication skills

• Maintain communication with vendors and carrier management.

• Ensure compliance with Import/Export laws and regulations at respective destinations

• Negotiate commercial shipping rates with vendors for cost-effective solutions

• Oversee timely submission of shipping instructions and Verified Gross Mass (VGM) filings

• Promote continuous team improvement and provide operational visibility to management

• Coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA

• Documentation: BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin

• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and HS Codes

• Documentation & compliance (DGFT, customs, shipping bill, etc.)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Equivalent of a Diploma or higher in Logistics, 3PL, Transportation or Supply Chain Management, or any other related field, or comparable work experience.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in shipping industry

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Good understanding of incoterms and shipping documentation.

• Knowledge of Port Operations

• Strong advance MS excel, Power BI, VBA skills.

• Quick learner and able to take on new tasks with a short learning curve.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
