As a candidate for this role, you should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects exclusively (Not enhancements, Managed services). You are required to possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects, excluding managed services and minor enhancements. In addition to this, you should have a working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc. It is expected that you have an understanding of the ITIL framework and IT service management concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization including business rules, client scripts, and flows. - Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and the ability to deliver in sprint cycles. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team environment. - Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to practice growth. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
