Job Summary:

Support end-to-end HR operations at the mine site, focusing on manpower administration, contract labour management, statutory & DGMS compliance and employee relations to ensure smooth mining operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment support, on boarding, HR documentation and HRMIS records.
  • Manage contract labour deployment, attendance and statutory compliances.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, HR MIS and manpower reporting.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and site discipline.
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs and support audits/inspections.


Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR / Personnel / Labour Laws)
  • 2-10 years of experience in mining industry
  • SAP/ any software working knowledge is an added advantage
