Job Description

Responsible for all Hardware and Software maintenance of IT infrastructure at offices, sites, business residences.
Ensuring focus and collaboration on user requests proactively without escalations either locally or remotely.
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of tickets or requests.
Apply systematic problem-solving skills to define issues, identify root causes, develop, qualify, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
Responsible for Bill of material / BoQ for any purchases follow-ups.
Audit IT assets as required along with Audit team.
Provide recommendation on technologies and self-motivated to learn new technologies.
Setup new offices IT infrastructure and ready to travel for business needs.
Collaborate with the other IT members for management of the IT infrastructure.
Ensure and adhere to IT guidelines and policies.
Ensure coordination with vendors and bill submission payments.

Technical Skills required:

Knowledge of Windows OS versions with installation/upgradation/troubleshooting including performance tuning and resource optimizations. Knowledge of Linux and Apple device/software usage is a plus.
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting/setup/changes, setup/maintenance of biometric devices.
Knowledge of Office software options/installations like MSOffice, LibreOffice, and similar.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Email login/troubleshooting.
Knowledge of EPABX intercom setup and troubleshooting.
Understanding LAN and Networking concepts like: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, IP addressing.
Understanding Wi-Fi access management and Firewall usage.
Understanding IT security.

Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
Any course certificate is an added advantage.
